Housing Options Scotland

The shape of the whole site. Same four sections up top, with Supporting the sector alongside your individual services for the professional side of things. There’s a new general ‘Exploring the options’ page for anyone who doesn’t fit a named service, and a lot of your own words have replaced my placeholders. Referrals still go through the one Get Help journey, and homelessness has clear ways in throughout. Every page is still built from a handful of reusable templates, so it’s quick to build and dead easy for you to look after.

Where things stand
Settled and designed
  • All ten templates are designed and clickable from this pack, several filled with your real content.
  • Impact stats now use your real figures: 1,264 clients supported, 31 of 32 council areas, c.200 engagement events.
  • Get Help timescales are in: up to six weeks, homelessness looked at within 24 hours, allocation monthly.
  • Client stories live in News and are linked from their service pages — one bank of stories, reachable from two places.
  • No map on Contact; your enquiry form is designed to the spec in your content guide.
Waiting on you
  • Get Help form: embedded in the page or linked out — both are designed, one decision needed.
  • Photos and artwork: ward and awards photos, partner and funder logos, board portraits, the contact page photo.
  • Copy: Thomas Ewing’s story, associate names and specialisms, broker job titles, and the final wording for ‘Supporting the sector’.
